Welldonewood Thermo-treated products is a product of Westwood Timber Group that was founded in 2007. The manufacturing company produces thermo-treated wood siding, house siding, wood decks and flooring products based on unique patented green technology. New manufacturing plant in Georgia (US) can produce 15 containers of finished hardwood decking material per month with our own wholesale lumber network. The location is optimized to be close to raw material suppliers and export distribution channel. We have several offices selling lumber in Miami, Chicago, California, Atlanta and other cities. Our hardwood lumber is the best to substitute ipe decking.
Georgia Manufacturing Plant produces the full cycle operations:
- Kiln Chamber Treating
- Product size calibration
- Gouging and surfacing
- Oiling or waxing
The source of raw materials is high quality FAS wood, selected for the certain width. Types of wood being used: White Ash, Cypress, Elm, Sap Gum, Poplar.
